A restaurant built for Kasule, and everyone on the road

Since 2018, Maximo has paired a sit-down dining room with full-service catering. Dine-in is where our kitchen shows its everyday side: plates that feel generous, flavours that feel familiar, and a team that treats you like a neighbour.

Whether you’re celebrating small wins or just need a proper meal between Kisumu and Nairobi, we keep the room relaxed so the food can stand out.
