Who we are

A family-led team from Kasule

Maximo was founded by Timothy Bornfaith Anditi, born and raised in Kolwa Central, Kasule, together with his wife Irine Timothy, and their family. What began as a desire to create employment and improve livelihoods in the community has grown into Maximo Restaurant in Kasule: a place that trains and mentors young people in discipline, sacrifice, and hard work.

Since 2018, we have drawn on Irine’s passion for serving every age group, especially children, through church catering, and on culinary experience gained locally and internationally, including in South Africa (2023). We believe success is not reserved for the highly resourced alone, but for those who are determined, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Higher National Diploma in Business IT (Kenya National Polytechnic). Administrative and accounting experience at CPC NOKESA Kenya Limited. Main chef and event planner for BCC Kenya conferences in Kisii, with menus built on authenticity, quality, and class.
